Anh30 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the anh30 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the anh30 platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Continued use of the anh30 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
This platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of anh30 services, users are required to register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. anh30 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account is considered your own unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
User Responsibilities
- Users are not permitted to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
- Users are not permitted to use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Users are not permitted to share their account or allow any other party to access it.
- Users must provide accurate information during any identity verification process when requested by the platform.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the anh30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use belong to them and are legally valid. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed. The anh30 platform supports several deposit methods, including online bank transfers and e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go. Minimum deposit limits apply as specified for each payment method. anh30 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected of involving suspicious activity.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for each chosen withdrawal method. Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved. The platform reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds to ensure transaction security.
Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user and will not be borne by anh30.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
Anh30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, fraud or suspected unlawful activity, submission of false registration information, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts have been closed may not register a new account without prior written approval from the platform.
Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via email. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process.
Limitation of Liability
Anh30 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. This platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the anh30 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of anh30 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The anh30 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that anh30 endorses or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website they visit.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Anh30 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
